COMMON WEDGE USES

The vertical cut to 8 perfect wedges, place the product upright on the pedestal.

The vertical half cut to 16 perfect half wedges, cut the product in half, place the two halves on the pedestal.

 

 

The bartender garnish cut to 8 perfect wedges ready to go on the edge of a glass, place the product sideways on the pedestal.

The strawberry cut to 8 perfect wedges for desserts or champagne.

 

The 16 perfect slim cut wedges, after the first cut place product back on pedestal, rotate product one quarter turn and re-cut for 16 slim cut wedges.

The blooming cut, stop the cut just before going completely through the product.  You can also rotate one quarter and re-cut the product.
