USES

place the two halves on the pedestal.

The bartender garnish cut to 8 perfect wedges ready to go on the
edge of a glass, place the product sideways on the pedestal.
The strawberry cut to 8 perfect wedges for desserts or
champagne.

The 16 perfect slim cut wedges, after the first cut place
product back on pedestal, rotate product one quarter turn and re-cut for 16 slim
cut wedges.
The blooming cut, stop the cut just before going completely through the
product. You can also rotate one quarter and re-cut the
product.
